Community, Friendship and pride are the hallmarks of Braemar – a vibrant residential development of 194 homes founded in 1986 and located in Lake Zurich, IL. Braemar features 195 homes with floor plans ranging from 1,700 to 2,800 square feet of living space. Braemar is located in Lake Zurich, Illinois on Ela north of Cuba.
The Braemar Homeowners’ Organization includes volunteer residents who are focused on serving the needs of the community. Our board members meet regularly and communicate through the website, email/the newsletter, Facebook and a variety of social events.
Braemar’s location offers residents a unique blend of shopping, dining, recreation and business options. The public schools: Isaac Fox Elementary, Lake Zurich Middle School South, and Lake Zurich High School consistently rank in the top tier of schools in northeastern Illinois.
Membership dues are only $60 per year and have not increased in many years. Dues are due by September 1st, 2015.

Braemar community tents (1- 20′x20′ and 1-20′x30′) are available for rent at the incredible rate of $50. Consider renting a tent for your next event or party! Contact Kim Gallo at firstname.lastname@example.org for reservations and details.
Let’s remember the speed limit through our subdivision is 20 mph. Please keep this in mind, as young children are at play. Be sure to remind our teenage drivers and friends of this speed limit. Also, let’s obey our stop signs throughout the subdivision.
Please remember while we take our pets for a walk, that they do need to be put on a leash. We also have to be kind to our neighbors and clean up after our pets. Also, be sure to clear your own yards of debris, and ensure regular maintenance to keep our neighborhood looking fantastic.
Please be reminded that maintenance of fences is the homeowner’s responsibility. This includes the fences adjacent to common areas, Ela Road and Cuba Road.
